Cremes Napoleon



INGREDIENTE:

Blat:
* 125 gr unt
* 50 gr zahar
* 30 gr cacao
* 1 lgt esenta vanilie
* 1 ou batut usor
* 25 biscuiti simpli (sau graham) fin maruntiti-apox. 170 gr.
* 50 gr nuca de cocos

CREMA:
* 2 plicuri budinca vanilie
* 800 ml lapte
* 6 linguri zahar
* 125 gr unt

GLAZURA:
* 150 gr ciocolata semidulce
* 100 gr unt

Blat:
Intr-un vas cu pereti dubli se pune untul, zaharul, cacaoa si vanilia. Se amesteca bine pana cand se topeste untul. Adaugati oul(batut usor) si amestecati pe foc inca 5 min pana cand se ingroasa compozitia. Adaugati biscuitii si nuca de cocos.
Ungeti cu unt o tava patrata(22cm/22cm) si turnati compozitia de biscuiti apoi presati bine.

Crema:
Preparati budinca dupa instructiunile de pe plic(dar folosind cantitatile prevazute in aceasta reteta) si lasati sa se raceasca complet.
Frecati bine untul apoi adaugati treptat budinca si mixati bine, pana devine spumos.
Puneti deasupra blatului din biscuiti si raciti 1-2 ore.

Glazura:
Ciocolata si untul se topesc la microunde 2 min.Se toarna in tava deasupra cremei si se mai pune la rece 1 ora.

Se taie in dreptunghiuri, folosind un cutit incalzit in apa fierbinte si apoi sters cu un prosop uscat.

SFAT:
Daca doriti o glazura mai moale(care sa poata fi taiata mai usor) folositi 150 gr ciocolata amaruie + 150 ml frisca lichida(modalitatea de preparare fiind aceeasi)


Pentru varianta pe care am prezentat-o mai sus in limba romana, eu am facut unele modificari.
Mai jos este prezentata reteta originala in limba engleza.



NAPOLEON CREMES

INGREDIENTS

* 1 cup butter or margarine, softened, divided
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup baking cocoa
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 egg, lightly beaten
* 2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
* 1 cup flaked coconut
* 3 tablespoons milk
* 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pistachio or lemon pudding mix
* 2 cups confectioners' sugar

* TOPPING:
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
* 3 tablespoons butter or margarine


DIRECTIONS

1. In a double boiler, combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla.Cook and stir until butter is melted. Add egg; cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Stir in crumbs and coconut. Press into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. In a mixing bowl, cream remaining butter. Add milk, pudding mix and confectioners' sugar; beat until fluffy. Spread over crust. Refrigerate until firm, 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Melt chocolate chips and butter; cool. Spread over pudding layer. Refrigerate. Cut into bars.
